If you take a garden hose with a sprinkler attached and run water through it onto your lawn, what happens to the grass? It grows doesn't it? Then what would happen if you interfered with the water flow (put a kink in it)? The water would stop flowing, wouldn't it? What would happen to the grass? It would die, wouldn't it? This is the same thing that happens to our bodies when the nerve flow is reduced, the nerve flow doesn't get to our organs and tissues so our bodies don't function and perform at its best.
